Quantum Body Mechanics
Emotional Health and Well Being by Carole Cornock

1. We are all Angels having a Human experience,
2. Not Humans having a Spiritual experience. (this is an outdated belief system)
3. We are here to learn what it is to be human!
4. Thought patterns and belief systems: are cause and effect!
5. Thought patterns and belief systems that no longer serve you need to be uncovered and dealt with and transformed into a positive form that helps one to re-invent themselves into someone that is authentic, empowered and lives a life of truth and integrity.

6. Old negative thinking and behavior patterns can cause:
1. Internal confusion (dis-empowerment)
2. Feelings of being useless and worthless (victimized)
3. Lack of self esteem/no self worth
4. Unhappy but don’t know why?
5. Illness
6. Relationship problems
7. Depression
8. Alcohol abuse/drug abuse

7. Old thinking and behavior patterns can be changed, it takes time to learn new ways to think and behave as anything worthwhile needs time to be implemented to gain new insights about oneself (where there is a will there is a way).  Using affirmations is only one way there are many other ways to assist you changing but you have to be willing to participate in your own change……no one can do it for you…...only you can be in charge of you becoming an empowered, responsible being!

8. Always separate people from their behaviors.
9. Forgiveness of self and others sets you free, instead of  you remaining a victim!
10. Information gathering/ learning new tools!
11. Writing letters to self and others - never posting or tackling another person as they are your issues not theirs.
12. Understand your power to change your thoughts!
13. Become empowered, become the person you really are meant to be!
14. When one’s body is not working at its maximum all the above can permeate the
       physical causing the imbalances, (foggy in the head).
15. Become responsible for your own health, learn as much as you can about yourself, work out what works for you………..
16. Life is about learning, challenges, forgiveness, love, truth, integrity and being grateful for everything in your life, (including the negative, as it teaches you about yourself)!
17. And so it is!
